Masontown, PA Tammy R. Lytle, 45, of Masontown, passed away December 26, 2024 at WVU Uniontown Hospital E.R., Uniontown, PA. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA on February 19, 1979, the daughter of the late Robert Vincent and Catherine J. Lytle. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son Josh. Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Linda Lytle and brothers; Steven Lytle and Daniel Lytle. A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
