Martha S. Cassidy

Martha Sue “Susie” Cassidy, 69, of Uniontown, PA, formerly of Masontown, PA, passed away December 11, 2020 at Uniontown Hospital. She was a resident of Mt. Macrina Manor for several years.

She was born in Uniontown, PA on September 1, 1951, the youngest child of the late John Thomas and Clara (O’Rourke) Cassidy.

Susie is survived by brother Paul Cassidy and wife Bonnie of Masontown, PA; sisters:
Mary Donato and husband Anthony of Cedarville, NJ; Theresa Cassidy and Peggy Colvard of Uniontown, PA; sister-in-laws: Doris Cassidy, Olga Cassidy, Sara Cassidy and Dottie Cassidy of New Jersey and Mary Joyce Cassidy of West Virginia and numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews, great-great nieces and great great nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her parents, seven brothers: Edward, John, Patrick, George, Robert and his wife Betty, Joseph and Jerome Cassidy; three sisters: Claire Caccamo, Regina Kristovich of New Jersey and Kathy Cassidy and brother-in-law Jim Colvard and aunts Elizabeth O’Rourke of Cumberland, MD and Betty Reagan of Buffington, PA.

The family will hold a Meet and Greet at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Masontown, PA, on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Father Marlon Pates as Celebrant.

Interment in St. Agnes’ Cemetery, Masontown, PA.
