MICHAEL ALAN DURST, Sr.

Michael Alan Durst, Sr., 70, of German Township, PA, passed away November 2, 2025 at his home.

He was born in Cleveland, Ohio on September 10, 1955, the son of the late William and Catherine (Caracciolo) Durst and was predeceased by brothers William Durst and Robert Durst and sister Carol Hixon.

Michael was employed as a School Bus Driver for S.T.A. He was an avid Pittsburgh Sports Fan and was a Jack of All Trades, a very handyman and 13 year cancer survivor.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Debbie Mae (Jordan) Durst; children: Michael Alan Durst II and wife Jenna, Charlene Marie Fried and husband Aaron; Jason Matthew Durst and wife Nicole and Candi Mae Sharp and husband Joe; grandchildren: Tatum, Olivia, Delaney, Andrew, Xander, Airianna and Nikolas and soon to be great granddaughter Amelia and his brother James Durst and wife Diana.

Family and friends will be received in the John S. Maykuth Jr. Funeral Home on Thursday, November 6th from 12 to 3 p.m. the hour of service in the Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Randy Byers officiating.
