RONALD DUANE JOHNS

Ronald Duane Johns, 83, of McClellandtown, PA passed away Friday, February 7, 2025 at Monarch Meadows, Uniontown, PA.

He was born in Uniontown, PA on June 3, 1941, the son of the late Carl and Lela Mae (Keener) Johns.

Ronald graduated from North Union High School Class of 1960. Before retiring was employed as a Coal Miner at U.S. Steel Robena Mine and was an over the road truck driver, owner operator for Land Star Ranger. He enjoyed hunting, feeding deer and NASCAR Racing.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Kimberly Sapic of Washington, PA and his son,
Jeffrey Duane Johns and wife Tracy of McClellandtown, PA; 4 grandchildren: Stephanie, Erica, Savannah and Madison and 5 great grandchildren: Chloe, Navey, Tristan, Everleigh and Lucky
and his sister; Carla Morganosky of Uniontown, PA.

Family and friends will be received in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH, JR. FUNERAL HOME, 7 River Avenue, Masontown, PA on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 until 11 a.m. the hour of Service in the Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment at Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown, PA..
