Rosalind Gale Fazenbaker, 79, of Uniontown, PA. passed away November 19th, 2025 at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, West Virginia.

She was born in Hawesville, Kentucky on October 15, 1946, the daughter of the late McKinley Boling and Juanita House.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her children: Raymond Jackson, Mitchell Jackson and Monty Jackson, daughter Leia Fazenbaker and brothers: Larry Smothers and Darren Leffler.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband Walter Fazenbaker; daughter Theresa Tanner and husband Stephen of Uniontown, PA; grandchildren: April Michels and husband Eric, Elisha Conard and
husband Bob, Monty Jackson II, Crystal Smitley and husband Andrew, Joshua Jackson and Joshua Odum; great grandchildren: Richie, Freddy, Conner, Jacob, Novalee, Paisley, Mason, Noah, Lincoln,
Avery and Presley; brothers: Eddie Smothers and wife Birgit; Gary Smothers and wife Donna, Frank Smothers and wife Joanie, Steve Leffler and wife Ginger; sisters: Debbie Render and husband Tim
and Lisa Hester and husband Charlie.

“Gale” enjoyed spending time with her daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Family and friends will be received in the John S. Maykuth, Jr. Funeral Home, 7 River Avenue,
Masontown, PA on Monday, November 24th from 10 until 1:00 p.m. the hour of Service in the Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Byers officiating.
