Adam Ray Clark 71 of Masontown, PA passed away in Grand Junction, CO on
May 30, 2026. He was born on November 21, 1954, to his parents Leroy and Pricilla
Clark. He is predeceased by his parents, brothers Robert (Bob) Huffine, Leroy and Alvin
Clark, and sisters Evelyn Lowery and Joyce Clark. Survived by his wife Brenda Clark,
son Michael Maciasz and wife Van, granddaughters Tam, Angeline and Hannah,
brothers Allen and wife Barb, Melvin and wife Mary, and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at John S. Maykuth Jr. Funeral Home in Masontown, PA
on Friday, June 26, 6-8pm and Saturday, June 27, 11-2pm with a private burial following
the service.
