Carol Elizabeth Brownlee, 64, of Carmichaels, PA passed away April 23, 2023 at her home.

She was born in Cleveland, OHIO on June 5, 1958, the daughter of the late Shirel Rodgers and Mary Lee (Weaver) Gump.

Carol was a Certified Nursing Assistant but she spent most of her life at home as a wife, mother and homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, baking, shopping, spending time with family, especially grandchildren and doing home improvements in her spare time.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her brother Floyd Gump; sister Kimberly Gump and her former spouse Joe Brownlee.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter MaryJo Elizabeth Brownlee and spouse Corey, Carmichaels, PA ; son Joseph Brownlee and wife Ariel, Marianna, PA; grandchildren: Joseph Jr., Anastasia, Cash, Isabella and Joe II; brothers: Rich and Junior and sister Anita.

Family and friends will be received in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH JR. FUNERAL HOME, 7 River Avenue, Masontown, PA on Monday, May 1, 2023 from 2 to 6 p.m. the hour of service in the Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Randy Byers officiating. Interment private.
