Charles R. Adams, Sr., 84, of Uniontown, passed away July 7, 2023 at home with his loving family by his side. He was born in Oliver #3 on June 9, 1939 son of the late Clark and Blanche (Harford) Adams.

Before retiring he was employed as a Custodian at German Central School, A.G. School District. Charles was a member of Hutchinson Sportsman Club.

He was predeceased by his son Charles R. Adams, Jr., son-in-law Michael Bloom and several brothers and sisters. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Naomi J. McKahan Adams; daughters: Mary Mehelic of Uniontown, PA; Yvonne Janus and husband Gregory of Monessen, PA ; Rhonda Bloom of Uniontown, PA and son John and wife Shelley of Clermont, FL., several grandchildren and great grandchildren and his puppy Mia.

Family and friends will be received at the John S. Maykuth Jr. Funeral Home, 7 River Avenue, Masontown, PA on Sunday, July 9, 2023 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday, July 10, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday 11 a.m. the hour of Service in the Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Shawn Davis, Jr. and Pastor Josh Ryan officiating. Interment follows in Church Hill Cemetery, McClellandtown, PA.
