JUDITH ANN McDONALD

Judith Ann McDonald, 75, of Smithfield, PA passed away Sunday, October 25th at Rolling Meadows Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, Waynesburg, PA with her loving family at her side.

Judith was born in Morgantown, West Virginia on January 17, 1951, the daughter of John Walls and Dorothy Sine Walls. She was predeceased by her parents, sisters: Tina Jefferson and Jeanie Crawford and brother Roger Walls.

She was employed as a caregiver at Cloverdale Personal Care Home in Masontown, PA. and
loved her dog and cat and hummingbirds.

Judith is survived by her daughters: Julie Leach and Alexandria Walls, her son Jim Leach, several grandchiildren, sister Vickie Walls, two brothers, Mike Walls and Terry Walls and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the John S. Maykuth, Jr. Funeral Home on Friday, October 30, 2026 from 3 to 4 p.m.
