Margaret Turner Julian, of Masontown, PA. passed away June 12, 2026, peacefully surrounded by family.

She was born in Mt. Pleasant, PA on July 14, 1924, the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret Novesl. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husbands: Dominick Julian and Claude Turner; son Stephen Julian and her seven siblings, she was the last living member of her
immediate family.

Margaret was a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She was a local florist designer who loved traveling, baking, gambling but most of all being surrounded by her family.

Left to cherish her memory are daughters Janet Julian, Kathy Morris and husband Jim, seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

She was a member of St. Mary’s R. C. Church Our Lady of Perpetual Help Leckrone, PA., Parish; Rosary Society, and VFW Ladies Auxiliary, Masontown, PA.

Family and friends will be received in the John S. Maykuth Jr Funeral Home, Masontown, PA on Sunday, June 14, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 9 to 9:30 a.m. Prayers of Transfer followed by Mass of Christian burial at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Masontown, PA . Interment follows in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Leckrone, PA.
