RICHARD EARNEST LAVOIE

Richard Earnest Lavoie, 76, of Hearst, Ontario, Canada, passed away December 2, 2023 peacefully at home.

He was born in Callandar, Canada on July 21, 1947, the son of the late Leonce and Janet (Carpentier) Lavoie.

Rick loved hunting, fishing, his Canadian and American family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Marcella Belanger.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife Suzanne (Labelle) Lavoie; daughter, Julie Latimer and sons: Denis Lavoie and Daniel Lavoie; grandchildren: Nicholas, Eddie and Maggie and great grandchildren: Andrea and Maelle; brother Marcel Lavoie and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no Service. Arrangements were under the direction of JOHN S. MAYKUTH, JR. FUNERAL HOME, 7 River Avenue, Masontown, PA.
