RONALD BENJAMIN PACKRONI

Ronald Benjamin Packroni, 43, of Vanderbilt, PA passed away October 9, 2019 at his home.

He was born in Uniontown, PA on November 24, 1975, the son of Ronald G. and Bernadette A. (Benucci) Packroni of Masontown.

He attended Brownsville and Albert Gallatin High Schools.

Ron was a life long fireman. He started as a junior fireman at McClellandtown VFD and over the next 25 years he was a member of the Masontown VFD, Republic VFD and DL&V Fire Departments.

He was predeceased by his Grandparents: Paul & Julia Benucci and Telio & Jeannette Packroni; his Aunt Yvonne Packroni and Great Aunt Mary Calvaresi.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his children: Ronald B. Packroni, Jr. and Julianah Jeannette Packroni of Washington, PA; brothers: Jonathan Packroni and wife Jennifer of Masontown, PA and Colin Packroni and wife Raylee of Peoria, AZ; nephew Connor Packroni and niece Gabriella Packroni; Uncle Ben Packroni, Aunt Kathleen and their family; Aunt Dolores Krosse and her family; several other cousins and special friends.

Family and friends will be received in the JOHN S. MAYKUTH JR. FUNERAL HOME, 7 River Avenue, Masontown, PA on Monday, October 14, 2019, from 2-8 p.m. and Tuesday until 9:30 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. at Saint Francis of Assisi Parish Church, Masontown, PA with Father William G. Berkey as Celebrant.

The family suggests donations be made to any of the above listed Fire Departments or Albert Gallatin Education Foundation.

Ritualistic Service by Fayette County Fire Companies will be held Monday at 6 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Interment at St. Agnes Cemetery, Masontown, PA.
