Shirley Mae Hall, 78, of Masontown, PA., passed away Monday, December 25, 2023 at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.V.

She was born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania on July 9, 1945, the daughter of the late James H. and Beatrice (Schreck) Brooks.

Shirley was a graduate of Fairchance-Georges High School and for years was employed as a Sales Clerk at Gee Bee and Value City. She loved to go to Country Concerts, Cash Bashes and spending time with family.

In addition to her parents. she was predeceased by her sister Catherine Hall and her two great grandsons; Kolten and Barrett Whyel.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband Donald Russell Hall; daughters: Michelle Hall and Allen and Leslie Hall; grandchildren: Bethany (Nate) Hickman, Krysten Hancheck, Emily (Brett) Guthrie, Donald Hall-Ayres and Patrick McCabe; great grandchildren: Garrison, Braxton, Kymber, Lillly, Kasey, Sawyer and Brooklynn; sisters: Lois Saletrik, Flora Campbell and Linda Arnold.

Family and friends will be received at the John S. Maykuth Jr. Funeral Home, 7 River Avenue, Masontown, PA on Friday, December 29 from 3-8 p.m. and Saturday, December 30 from 9 -10 a.m. the hour of service in the Funeral Home Chapel with Father George Saletrik officiating. Interment will follow in White Rock Cemetery, Uniontown, PA.
